These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ExamAtlas.com, its sub-domains, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by ExamAtlas (“ExamAtlas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), having its registered office at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, and all other policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1Eligibility

1.1

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, make a purchase, or enter into a contract with us. If you are below 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your activity.

1.2

By using the Platform you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

2Nature of Services

2.1

ExamAtlas is an online education and exam-preparation platform for Indian government and competitive examinations (including but not limited to SSC, Railway, Banking, Teaching/TET, State PSCs, and Police/Defence exams). We provide content such as previous year question papers (PYQs), practice tests and mock tests, current affairs, study notes, video lessons, blogs, and related learning material, some of which is free and some of which is paid.

2.2

The Platform is a preparation aid only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any government department, recruitment body, examination authority (e.g., SSC, RRB, IBPS, NTA, state commissions), or their official websites. We do not guarantee selection, employment, marks, rank, or any examination result. See our Disclaimer for full details.

3Account Registration & Security

3.1

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3.2

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@examatlas.com of any unauthorised use.

3.3

One account is for one individual. Sharing, reselling, or providing access to your account or paid content to others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

3.4

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or harms the Platform or other users.

3.5

4Subscriptions, Plans & Payments

4.1

Paid plans, courses, test series, and subscriptions are offered at prices displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) as indicated at checkout.

4.2

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details. Your use of these gateways is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

4.3

A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the relevant content for the validity period stated for that plan, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4.4

Subscription validity, access duration, and renewal terms are as specified on the product/plan page. Where auto-renewal applies, it will be clearly disclosed before purchase, and you may disable it before the renewal date.

4.5

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5Use of Content & Intellectual Property

5.1

All content on the Platform — text, questions, explanations, notes, videos, graphics, logos, designs, software, and the “ExamAtlas” brand — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2

You may use the content only for your own exam preparation. You must not copy, reproduce, record, screen-capture, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, upload to other platforms (including Telegram, YouTube, or any app), or create derivative works from our paid or proprietary content without our prior written permission.

5.3

Question papers, official notifications, and similar government materials remain the property of their respective authorities; we reproduce or reference such material for educational purposes only.

5.4

Any unauthorised commercial use, scraping, bulk downloading, or distribution of our content is a material breach and may attract legal action.

6User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that violates any law in force in India;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the Platform;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access, copy, or harvest content or data;
Use the Platform for any purpose other than lawful exam preparation.

7User-Generated Content

7.1

If the Platform allows you to post comments, doubts, reviews, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and moderate such content on the Platform.

7.2

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

7.3

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or moderate any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, YouTube videos, payment gateways, or services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your dealings with such third parties are solely between you and them.

9Intermediary Status & Grievance Redressal

9.1

In respect of any User Content, ExamAtlas acts as an “intermediary” under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.

9.2

We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and seek to resolve them within 15 days, as per applicable law.

10Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, current, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or secure.

10.2

We make no guarantee of any examination result, selection, score, or outcome. Reliance on any content is at your own risk. Always verify exam dates, syllabi, eligibility, notifications, and results from the official websites of the concerned authorities.

10.3

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamAtlas, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.

10.4

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExamAtlas and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, misuse, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use paid content ceases, and no refund will be due for breaches caused by you.

13Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review periodically.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at [Jurisdiction City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
